Once you have booked your appointment, your Smile Ambassador will then set up your free 3D scan with a local dentist in your area!
Step 2: Welcome Email
Once a date and time has been scheduled for your free 3D scan, check your inbox! Your Smile Ambassador has sent you a welcome email that contains the following information:
- The Appointment Date, Time, and Location
- Patient Consent and HIPPA Form
- A Link to STS’s financial partner to help you get pre-approved for financing
Step 3: The Appointment
Before your scheduled appointment, the Smile Ambassador will make sure to remind you about your upcoming over text and email. Then, once you arrive at your local dentist office, you will receive your free 3D scan and oral health evaluation!
Step 4: Follow-Up
After your appointment with the local dentist, the Smile Ambassador will check in with the dentist to discuss how the oral health evaluation and 3D scan went. If the dentist verifies that you’re a good candidate for our affordable teeth aligners, we will instantly start developing your treatment plan.
Step 5: Treatment Plan
Within five business days, you will receive an affordable dentist-approved treatment plan from us for your invisible orthodontic aligners. After reviewing the specifics, the Smile Ambassador will reach out to you to schedule a time to review the treatment plan, confirm payment, and get started!
